Grind it in mixie with fresh red chillies..ginger garlic..egg white and onion.then add chopped coriander..salt..gram flour and crushed cashews.keep in fridge for an hour.
Grease your working board and spread the chicken evenly like a chapati.in a bowl take 1tbsp cheese..you can use flavoured cheese too and 1tsp mayo.add in seasoning of your choice and mix well.no lumps..then spread it onto the rolled out chicken and start folding very gently to make the log.immidiately transfer it on the butter paper and lock it from both sides.again keep in fridge for an hour.in a pan take as much minimum oil as u can and shallow fry from all sides.remove and let it cool.then gently remove the butter paper.cut it as you watch the cheese oozing out and have it asap...or there wont be any left for u ;)
