Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 150 grams chicken breast, diced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • 1 spring onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ginger
  • 1 handful spinach leaves
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds, to serve

Directions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the diced chicken. Add the soy sauce, garlic, onion and ginger and toss around the pan for a few minutes.
  2. Add the spinach leaves and allow to wilt briefly.
  3. Serve with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and enjoy.
