1. Make teriyaki sauce. Place half in seperate bowl covered with wrap in fridge. Place half of wings in bowl with half of sauce. Cover and place in fridge.
2. Blitz frozen mango with lime juice, and lime zest and honey.
3. Simmer in saucepan for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add hot sauce and salt to taste.
5. Reserve half and cover. Place half of wings in bowl and cover Place in fridge and marinate for 30 mins to 2 hours.
6. Preheat oven to 190°C (fan 170°C). Line a tray with baking paper.
7. Bake for 35-40 mins, turning once.
• Halfway: brush with extra reserved marinade.
8. For extra caramelisation, pop under the grill for 3-4 mins at the end.
