  1. Ek spoel die chilli af sny stingel af. Blancheer in kookwater net een min pak warm in skoon, droe, warm gesteriliseerde bottels lekker styf in. Die sous is moeilik, hang af van jou hoeveelheid chilli. Begin met 2x750 wit druiwe asyn en 1x750 water te kook. Vir soet suur gooi so 1koppie suiker en kook tot suiker opgelos is. Gooi warm oor chillie en werk met n mes die borreltjies uit. Ek sny ronde sirkels van waspapier en plak op bottel vas, draai goed vas draai die bottel onderste bo om koud te word. 2. As jy dit wil pickle gooi so 1 eetlepel pickle spice bo op chilli voor asyn in gegooi word jy kan knoffel en fennel ook saam inle.
