Chipotle Bacon Hot Dog Bites
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp chipotle hot sauce
- 9 strips bacon
- 6 hot dogs, cut into thirds
- For dip;
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

- Preheat oven to 400
- Combine brown sugar& hot sauce
- Wrap 1 half strip bacon around each hot dog piece
- Roll in brown sugar mix
- Put bites seam side down on baking sheet
- Bake about 20 min until bacon is crisp, turning once
- Mix vinegar,brown sugar and soy
- Warm in micro to melt sugar
- In other small bowl, mix mustard and honey
