1.Pre-Heat oven to 350F and line the bottom of each cake pan with baking paper.
2. Sift dry ingredients(flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt) into a medium bowl and whisk together then set aside.
3. Combine water&cocoa; Put the cocoa powder in a medium heat proof bowl. Bring 3 Cups of water to a boil, then carefully measure exactly 2 Cups and pour over the cocoa powder and whisk until completely smooth.Set aside to cool slightly.
4. Cram Butter&Sugar,by using hand mixer or stand mixer beat the butter and on medium speed until light and fluffy, about 10minutes.
4. Add the eggs two at a time, beating until each addittion is incorporated Before adding the next scrape down the sides of the bowl with a spatula when neccessary.
5. Add the dry&wet ingredients, divide the flour into three parts starts adding flour alternating with the warm cocoa mixture, beat your mixture until each addittion is incorporated before adding the next,DO NOT OVERMIX
6. Enter your cake batter in 8" pan with 1000grams of batter in each pan, spread it so that it is smooth in the pans. Bake until a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean about 40-45minutes.
