Chocolate Cherry Bourbon Balls
Ingredients
- 1 C semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 TB corn syrup
- 1/2 C bourbon
- 2 1/4 C (8oz) chocolate wafers, crushed
- 1 C finely chopped nuts
- 1/2 C confectioners sugar
- 1/4 C finely chopped candied cherries
- Granulated sugar

Directions
- Melt chocolate, remove from heat. Add syrup & bourbon. Mix rest of ingredients together and then add to chocolate mix. Cool for 30min to hr and then roll into balls and roll in in granulated sugar.
