Ingredients

  • Bread flour: 120g
  • Cake flour: 120g
  • Butter: 141g(室温软化)
  • White sugar: 80g(可以适当减糖试试)(45g)(20g)
  • Brown sugar: 150g(120g)(75g)
  • Egg: 1
  • Salt: 3/4tsp(1/4tsp)
  • Baking powder: 3/4tsp
  • Baking soda: 1/2 tsp
  • Vanilla extra: 1 tsp
  • Dark Chocolate chips(or chopped dark chocolate): 1cup(160g-170g)

Directions

  1. Add all brown sugar into soften butter. Whisk the butter to cream and light status.
  2. Add white sugar, whisk evenly, not too much
  3. Add egg to the butter cream, whisk them evenly
  4. Add the vanilla extra to butter cream and whisk evenly
  5. Mix flour with baking soda, baking powder and salt
  6. Add flour to butter cream, 1/3 per time. Whisk low speed and mix them but avoid over beating
  7. Add chocolate chips to the batter and mix them lightly.
  8. Preheat the oven to bake 350F,make a batter ball and place them on the baking sheet covered by parchment paper and then bake for around 12 -14min until the edge just start to turn golden brown.
