Chocolate Covered Banana Bites
Ingredients
- 4 bananas, peeled and cut into 1 inch bites
- 3/4 cup semisweet or milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
Directions
- Melt the chocolate and peanut butter in double boiler. Using a fork dip the banana slice into the melted mixture, completely coating the banana. Using a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or wax paper, lay the coated banana on the sheet. Sprinkle with coconut, chopped nuts, sprinkles or anything you chose. Place the sheet in the freezer. When bananas are frozen, remove from sheet and place in airtight container or zip-lock bag and return to freezer for a delicious snack.
