Chocolate Crackle Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup (40g) desiccated coconut
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (115g) finely chopped pitted medjool dates
  • 2 cups (80g) gluten free rice puffs cereal
  • 2 tsps vanilla essence
  • 2 tbsps chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup (120g) natural smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup (60ml) pure maple syrup

Directions

  1. Combine coconut, cocoa and 1 tsp salt in a large bowl. Add dates and toss to evenly coat. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well combined.
  2. Using damp hands, roll mixture into 25 balls. Place on a tray, cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
