  • 1/2 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 3/4 of milk
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3/4 cup of veg oil
  • 1egg
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract

Directions

  1. Whisk flour, baking soda, salt In a bowl.
  2. Heat milk until hot but not boiling; pour over coco powder in a large bowl and whisk until smooth.
  3. Let it cool slightly and add in sugar, veg oil, egg and vanilla extract whisk until smooth.
  4. Whisk in the flour mixture until combine.
  5. Bake until top spring back about 20-25 mins and let it cool for 5 mins.
