Mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg until well blended. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll into 18 balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased baking sheet. Flatten into ball in crisscross pattern with fork.
Bake at 325 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
Dip each end into melted chocolate. Dip into peanuts. Place on parchment and refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
