- 180g butter
- 150g Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs (Medium)
- 100g All Purpose Flour
- 50g Choco Powder
- 200ml Evaporate Milk
- 1 small cup Coffee
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Soda

Directions
- 1. Preheat oven 160deg
- 2. Beat Egg & Butter till creamy
- 3. Add in dry ingredient
- 4. Add egg 1 by 1
- 5. Pour in milk
- 6. Last add in hot coffee (moisturizer)
- 7. Mix well till mixture flow smoothly.
Optional:
- add in white choc in center （reduce sugar to 130g)
