Soak hazelnuts in water for 1-24 hours. Drain hazelnuts + put all the ingredients into a blender. Once blended into a smooth consistency (it’s okay if it gets warm) pour into little jars. It makes about 5-6 depending on your jar size (mine are the mini mason jar cups). Put in the fridge for a few hours + top with whatever you’d like! I topped mine with raspberries, unsweetened shredded coconut + dark chocolate shavings.
