In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips for 30 seconds. Stir. Place bowl in microwave for 10 second intervals and stir until chocolate is smooth and completely melted.
In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, combine the Philadelphia Cream Cheese and the peanut butter. Beat until smooth.
Add the melted chocolate and beat until thoroughly combined, being sure to scrape down the sides of the bowl.
With a rubber spatula, fold in the Cool Whip.
Serve with the desired assorted fruit.
