1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, protein powder, cacao powder, and salt.
2. Stir in the maple syrup, coconut oil, almond butter, vanilla extract, and 3 Tbsp almond milk. Mix until a fudgy dough forms. If too dry, add a little more almond milk, one teaspoon at a time.
3. Fold in the chocolate chips.
4. Roll into bite-sized balls and chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
