Mix all ingredients well with an electric mixer. Add 2 eggs one at a time and beat well after each addition. Pour into a cheesecake pie thing with graham cracker crust already in there. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool for five minutes.
Second Layer
Stir ingredients by hand and spread over warm pie filling. Bake 10 minutes at 350. Cool and then chill. Serve the next day. Cover while in the refrigerator.
For crust, but graham cracker crumbs and follow directed for crunchier crust. Be sure to let the crust cool before adding first layer - VERY IMPORTANT.
