Chutney Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 large fore quarter lamb chops, fat removed.
  • Onion, quartered and sliced.
  • 250mL bottle fruit chutney
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1t brown sugar
  • 1t soy sauce
  • 1t mustard
  • 3t curry powder
  • Flour for thickening

Directions

  1. Place onions on the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. Add chops.
  3. Mix together other ingredients and pour over chops.
  4. Cook on low for 6 hours. If you want thicker sauce, blend plain flour 1T with a little water and add an hour before the finish.
