In a small bowl, mash the banana. Add the eggs, oats and cinnamon. Allow to stand for 2-5 minutes.
Heat oil in a small non-stick frying pan over low to medium heat. Pour half egg mixture into pan to make 1 small pancake. Flip pancakes after 2 minutes, or when you start to see bubbles appear and cook on the other side until golden.
Remove from pan and place on a serving plate. Repeat with remaining mixture to make second pancake.
Whilst pancakes are cooking, quickly defrost berries in microwave for 20 to 30 seconds.
To serve, spoon yoghurt and berries on top. Alternatively, you can enjoy berries in the yoghurt on the side.
