Ingredients

  • Pancake:
  • 180g(4) egg whites
  • 1/2c oats
  • 1 banana
  • Cinnamon
  • Pinch of brown sugar
  • Cinnamon swirl:
  • 1 tbs brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbs coconut oil

Directions

  1. Mix batter ingredients in blender or bowl.
  2. Add 1/4c of batter onto skillet
  3. Take your cinnamon swirl mixture and make a swirl in the middle of the pancake
  4. Flip for another minute then add to plate.
  5. Once pancakes are done!🤗 melt 30g of women's best white protein chocolate and drizzle on top🙌🏼 add remainder cinnamon swirl mix.
