• 240 ml (1 cup) milk, scalded and cooled to lukewarm
• 1 whole egg
• 1/2 tsp. vanilla or vanilla bean paste
• 50 ml (1/4 cup) vegetable or canola oil
• Cinnamon Sugar:
• 6 Tbsp. sugar
• 3 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• Cream Cheese Icing:
• 6 oz. cream cheese, softened (3/4 of standard block)
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 3 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp. vanilla or vanilla bean paste
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1-2 tsp. lemon juice
