Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

Ingredients
- SCD Pancakes:
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 4 Tbs honey
- 1 Tbs vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 Tbs melted butter or coconut oil
- Cottage Cheese Pancakes:
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 3 Tbs maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbs flax
- Cinnamon Swirl:
- 2 Tbs cinnamon
- 2 Tbs melted butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- Glaze:
- 1/4 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions
Make pancake batter.
Make cinnamon swirl. Place cinnamon swirl mixture in a plastic bag. Cut the tip of the bag.
Pour 1/4 cup batter onto a buttered skillet. Let cook for a minute. Then swirl cinnamon mixture on top. Let cook for another minute and then flip.
Serve with glaze drizzled on top!
