Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package butterscotch pudding powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

Directions

  1. Mix together warm milk, warm water, vegetable oil, sugar, and salt.
  2. Mix the yeast into the flour and then add it to the mixture.
  3. Place the dough in an oiled bowl and let the dough rise to double its size.
  4. Roll out the dough into a rectangle approximately 15x30 inches in size.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the pudding powder, sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Set aside.
  6. Spread softened butter on the rolled out dough. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the dough.
  7. Roll up the dough and use floss to cut it into 15 pieces, each about 2 inches thick.
  8. Place in pan and allow to rise for an hour or more.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
