Directions

  1. 11/4 cups milk (heated - just warm not too hot plus 1 square butter - cool.
  2. In large bowl put 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp of salt. Add milk mixture.
  3. Stir in 3 eggs beaten well and 2 cups of flour. Stir well.
  4. Then add 3 yeast cakes ( 6 3/4 teaspoon) which have been dissolved in 1/2 cup warm water plus 1/4 tsp sugar added to yeast.
  5. Then add 4 cups or more to make a firm dough. Knead good. Let raise until double.
  6. Can heat oven to warm, then turn off, put rolls in and close door. When raised push down and let raise 10 to 15 minutes more.
  7. Roll into rectangle, cover with butter, sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Roll up and cut in pieces for cupcake tins.
  9. Let raise.
  10. Bake 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes
