  • 1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh sage leaves
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2kg rolled pork loin
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 cup plain flour
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • 2 cups Massel chicken style liquid stock
  • 1kg Kent pumpkin, cut into wedges, roasted, to serve
  • 2 cups cooked peas, to serve
  • Apple sauce
  • 6 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, chopped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup caster sugar
