Cook sausage or ground beef. Combine meat choice, milk, onion soup, worcestershire sauce, melted butter, diced jalapeno, shredded cheese in mixing bowl. Roll mixture into balls, determine desired size and make all balls equal. Arrange meatballs on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 25 minutes. Drain on paper towels.
Mixing 1 cup mayonnaise and 1 tbl. spoon dijon mustard makes a fast dipping sauce.
Ketchup and brown sugar is a good dipping sauce.
Add dipping sauce to a crock pot with meatballs keeps meatballs warm. Cook on high until hot then reduce to low. Stir occasionally.
