Ingredients

  • ¼ cup plus 2 tbsp. milk (I use 2% cow's milk, you can use soymilk, almond milk, or whatever you prefer)
  • 2 tbsp. almond butter
  • ½ tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium banana, sliced and frozen
  • 2 tsp. ground flaxseed (optional)
  • ¾ cup ice cubes
