Combine the coconut flour and baking soda in a mug.
In a small bowl mix egg, coconut milk, coconut oil, honey and vanilla.
Add the wet ingredients to mug and stir well. Allow to sit for 1 minute (this allows the coconut flour to absorb some of the liquid) before stirring again.
Place mug in the center of the microwave and cook for 2 minutes.
Add your choice of toppings and enjoy!
