Ingredients
- 1 large cabbage
- 1 medium Spanish onion
- Grated carrots - about 4 or 5
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp celery seeds (leave out if you can't find them. DO NOT SUBSTITUTE CELERY SALT)
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2/3 cup olive oil
Directions
Mix sugar, salt, mustard, celery in saucepan add oil
Add vinegar and bring to a boil until sugar dissolves
Pour over cabbage and toss
Cool to room temperature
Cover and refrigerate
Lasts approx 3 weeks
