Copycat Panda Express Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1tsp ginger
  • 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp white wine
  • 1 Tbsp cornstarch

Directions

  1. Combine everything except water and cornstarch (cover and set aside)
  2. Place chicken thighs in gallon ziplock bag with a little of the marinade (marinate for at least 30 minutes)
  3. Grill or broil chicken 500 12-15 minutes (flip 1/2 way thru)
  4. Boil/simmer remaining sauce/marinade, combine water and cornstarch and whisk in to sauce… continue reducing
