Ingredients
- 2-Jiffy muffin mix
- 3 eggs
- 2/3 cup of milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- Butter
- Optional:
- Breakfast sausage
- Shredded cheese
- Brown sugar
- Cranberry's
- Nuts
- Honey
- Jalapeno's
- Mushrooms

Directions
- Mix jiffy mix, eggs, sour cream milk. Melt butter (1 stick) and brown sugar. Mix thoroughly, pour into corning ware casserole dish or make muffins. Grease whatever you cook mix in.
Variations:
- Sausage, cheese, mushrooms, jalapeno's added to mixture.
- Cranberry's, nuts if you want.
