Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup apple sauce
  • 1/2 cup milk any kind
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup corn flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup sugar( use less if using sweetened coconut if you don't like too sweet)
  • 60-80 g shredded coconut
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • Pinch of salt

Directions

  1. Mix wet ingredients with the sugar
  2. Mix all dry ingredients
  3. Combine all
  4. Bake at 325 degrees approx 25-35 min
