- 100gm sugar
- 100gm unsalted butter
- 175gm self raising flour
- 1 egg

- Whisk butter & sugar
- Mix in egg & flour
- Crush cornflakes to smaller pieces
- Preheat oven 160deg for 3mins
- Spoon dough (desired size) and roll in cornflakes
- Put on baking paper into oven
- Bake at 160deg for 15-20mins
