Cream sugar and cheese with mixer. Add lemon juice, egg YOLK, vanilla and mix 'til smooth. Spread on packaged rolls in a 9 x 13 baking dish (do not separate rolls into triangles, leave as rectangle.) spread cream cheese mixture on top of the rolls. Cover with remaining package of rolls leaving in rectangular-shape and stretching into the edges of the dish. Brush with egg WHITE mixed with 1 tablespoon water. Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 350°. Cool at room temperature before cutting. Freezes well.
