• 1 c. chopped green onion, white and green parts
• 1 c. chopped FRESH basil leaves
• ¼ c. freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 lemons)
• 2 tsp. chopped garlic (2 cloves)
• 2 tsp. anchovy paste
• 2 tsp. kosher salt
• 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
• 1 c. sour cream
