- 1 c. chopped green onion, white and green parts
- 1 c. chopped FRESH basil leaves
- ¼ c. freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 lemons)
- 2 tsp. chopped garlic (2 cloves)
- 2 tsp. anchovy paste
- 2 tsp. kosher salt
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1 c. sour cream
