Bring a pot of water to a boil and cook pasta according to the directions on the box.
Brown one pound of ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the chopped onion, salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Stir well and cook until beef is browned. Remove any extra grease.
Add the minced garlic. Pour the Alfredo sauce and Marinara sauce over the ground beef and turn the heat to low. Drain the pasta and add the cooked pasta to a 9x13 baking dish.
Pour the meat/sauce mixture over the pasta and stir everything together well. Top with shredded cheese.
Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
Top with Parmesan cheese and dried parsley flakes and serve!
