Creamy Cheesy Mushroom Pasta
Ingredients
- 1 - shallot (diced finely)
- 2 - cloves of garlic (minced)
- 8oz - mushrooms (sliced)
- Olive oil
- 1tbsp - unsalted butter
- 1 - package Boursin cheese
- 1tbsp - heavy cream
- 8oz - pasta

Directions
- Cook pasta according to directions.
- Put olive oil and butter in pan and sauté shallot and garlic. When fragrant, add mushrooms. Cook mushrooms until tender. Add Boursin cheese and cream and mix together. Add pasta and pasta water. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
