Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (eg blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup unsweetened oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

Directions

  1. In a blender, add the low-fat Greek yoghurt and unsweetened oat milk.
  2. Add the frozen mixed berries and sliced banana.
  3. Sprinkle in the chia seeds.
  4. If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, add honey or maple syrup.
  5. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
