Creamy Mashed Potato Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 potatoes cubed and cooked until fork tender
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp parsley flakes
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Boil potatoes until fork tender and drain.
- Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl except the cheddar cheese.
- With an electric mixer blend until smooth.
- Spoon into a greased 12 x 8 baking dish.
- Cover and bake for 30-40 minutes.
- Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
