Ingredients

• 1/2 pound ground Italian sausage
• 3 tablespoons butter
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tablespoons flour
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3 heaping tablespoons to 1 cup prepared basil pesto
• 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 pound refrigerated ravioli or Costco 5 cheese tortellini
• 1 cup cherry tomatoes
• 1/4 cup chopped basil leaves
• Pinch of red pepper flakes
• Salt and pepper, to taste
