Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the jumbo shells according to package directions and drain.
  3. In a bowl, combine chicken, spinach, ricotta, half the mozzarella, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture.
  5. Arrange the stuffed shells in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour the heavy cream around the shells.
  7. Sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  9. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.
