Ingredients

• 4 small chicken breast fillets
• 100 g (3.5 oz) pancetta
• 1 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 small onion, finely chopped
• 120 g (4.3 ounce) semi sun-dried tomatoes, drained, oil reserved
• 200 g (7 oz) cherry tomatoes, cut in half
• 50 ml (3/4 cup) white wine
• 125 ml (1/2 cup) cooking cream
• 100 g (3.5 oz) tomato paste
• 150 ml (2/3 cup) chicken broth
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
• salt + black pepper
• 100 g (3.5 oz) crumbled feta
• 3 tbsp chopped parsley
• red pepper flakes, for serving
