  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 3 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted and cooled

Directions

  1. Mix dry and wet ingredients separately then combine until smooth
  2. Chill for 30 minutes
  3. Heat pan over medium heat, brush lightly with butter. Pour in ~1/4 cup of batter and swirl to coat. Cook for 1 minute until bubbles begin to form then flip and cook 1 more minute.
  4. Serve dusted with lemon juice and powdered sugar, strawberries and Nutella or bananas and a rum + butter + brown sugar reduction.
