Mix dry and wet ingredients separately then combine until smooth
Chill for 30 minutes
Heat pan over medium heat, brush lightly with butter. Pour in ~1/4 cup of batter and swirl to coat. Cook for 1 minute until bubbles begin to form then flip and cook 1 more minute.
Serve dusted with lemon juice and powdered sugar, strawberries and Nutella or bananas and a rum + butter + brown sugar reduction.
