Ingredients

▢1 lb lean ground meat *see notes
▢1 tsp garlic powder
▢1 tsp chili powder
▢½ tsp salt
▢1 tsp paprika
▢1 tsp cumin
▢2 tbsp tomato paste
▢¼ cup hot sauce like Cholula (Optional)
▢⅓ cup red onion, chopped
▢10-12 corn tortillas
▢1 tbsp olive oil
▢½-1 cup shredded cheese
▢4 tbsp cilantro, chopped
▢2-4 tbsp sour cream
Add Lettuce and tomato if you like.
