  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for the baking sheet
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten (sub flax egg)
  • 2 teaspoons gochugaru (Korean chile flakes) or red chile flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more as needed
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets about the size of a Ping-Pong ball
  • 3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 3 scallions, chopped, white and green parts kept separate
  • For the chili-garlic glaze:
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons chili-garlic sauce
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
