- 2 medium Idaho Potatoes
- (1) 1 oz. envelope Dry Ranch Mix
- 1/3 cup bread crumbs (very fine)
- 2 egg whites

Directions
- Slice your potatoes into evenly cut french fries and set aside.
- Put the 2 egg whites into a medium sized bowl. Drop the fries into the egg whites and mix around to thoroughly coat them.
- In a large plastic bag, mix the dry Ranch mix and the bread crumbs together. Drop the fries into the plastic bag and thoroughly coat the fries with the mixture.
- Place the coated fries on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 400° F for 40 minutes.
