Crispy Ranch Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken Wings
  • 2 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • .4 oz Ranch Powder (1 pkg Hidden Valley)

Directions

  1. Pat down wings with paper towel to remove any excess moisture
  2. In a small bowl mix baking powder and Ranch powder together
  3. Lay wings in on layer on a tray.
  4. Using a shaker or mesh strainer season the wings generously on each side
  5. Spray a mesh baking rack with non-stick spray
  6. Place wings on rack and refrigerate, uncovered, overnight
  7. Preheat grill to 225º
  8. Smoke wings for 1½ to 2 hours until internal temp reaches 180º
  9. Increase grill temp to 400º and grill until internal temp is 200º
  10. Remove from grill and serve with carrots, celery and homemade ranch dressing
