Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 30 oz bag frozen hash browns
  • 1 pound sausage, browned and drained
  • 8 oz shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 6 green onions, sliced and divided in half
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

  1. Spray a large crock pot with non-stick spray.
  2. Place half the hash browns in bottom of crock pot, then half of sausage and half of cheeses, and half of onions. Repeat layers.
  3. Whisk eggs, milk , salt and peer together. Drizzle over top.
  4. Cook
  5. On high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours or until eggs are set.
  6. Serve with salsa if desired.
