Put Chicken, garlic, onions, peppers, salt, sweet potatoes and coconut milk in crockpot. Cook approx 4 hrs
Once chicken is done. Combine Riced Cauliflower, Riced Broccoli, Salt and olive oil in pan. Sautéed until heated through (approx 5-8 minutes)
Serving: Place a handful of Arugula & Baby Spinach on a plate. Add heaping scoop of Riced Cauliflower & Riced Broccoli on top. Pile chicken & sauce from the crockpot on top. Garnish with a generous amount of fresh cilantro & diced tomato. Serve with a lemon wedge & hot sauce to be added on top. Enjoy!!!
