Crockpot Chicken and Gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 1 lb of chicken breasts
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp each of onion powder, garlic powder, and parsley flakes
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 4 pieces of celery chopped
  • 4 carrots chopped
  • 110 oz can of cream of chicken soup
  • 110 oz can of cream of celery soup
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 16 oz package shelf stable gnocchi
  • Seasoning salt

Directions

  1. Steps
  2. Add chicken to a slow cooker and season with pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and parsley flakes.
  3. Add onion, celery, carrots, cream of chicken soup, cream of celery soup, and chicken broth.
  4. Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours. Once chicken is cooked shred or cube it up and add it back to the crockpot. Add the package of gnocchi.
  5. Turn the crockpot to high and let cook for about 30 minutes. I like to taste it once it's cooked and add a little bit of seasoning salt if needed at the end. Once gnocchi is tender serve!
